Junior Athletics 'Have A Go' Morning - Saturday 12th October 2024

To introduce athletics to our local community, we are holding a free 'Have A Go' morning.  This is a chance for prospective members to find out what junior athletics is all about and to see - and try - all the fantastic things our section has to offer.  Everyone is welcome.

Details are as follows:

• Saturday 12 October 2023
• Yvette Williams Track, Lloyd Elsmore Park
• 2-6 year olds 9.30 am to 10.30 am
• 5-14 year olds 10.30 to 12 noon (and parents can 'have a go' at throws from 11.30 am)
• Free to attend
• No need to pre-register.  Just turn up and join in the fun
• Participation ribbons awarded to all athletes
• Coffee van on site
• BBQ and tuck shop open
• Club uniforms, hoodies and supporter t-shirts for sale
• Committee on hand to answer questions
• In case of heavy rain, cancellation will be notified on our Facebook page.
