Rave Reviews! A Word (or Two) From Our Families

We haven’t been involved in athletics before. We were impressed by the creativity of the different stations and the enthusiasm of the volunteers.  The club is very welcoming and our family enjoyed the sausage sizzle each week.   The Christmas event was also a lot of fun for our kids.  (Tiny Tot family)

I think it’s great value for money!  Well organised, well run, so much variety for all age groups especially the young tots.  I think there is a lot done with the fees. It would have to be one of the most affordable club activities in the area. (Tiny Tot family)

It’s so much fun for my girl. She loves every single moment - the run the jump, the throw, the game and especially the lollipop after the fun run. Very organised.  The volunteers do a great job. Parents are all friendly and there is a real sense of community and always healthy competition. My son is very shy but always feels supported and encouraged by the volunteers and other athletes.  (‘5s and 6s’ family)

Thank you so much for an amazing season of track and field. I'm honestly blown away by how amazing it has been.  I've been involved in a lot of sports growing up, played abroad, for a lot of different clubs and I can honestly say that nothing comes close to my first year experiencing track and field and how it's run by your team of volunteers, thank you. The athletics season surpassed my expectations, leaving me and hubby pleasantly surprised.  The level of competition among the grade was very high, showcasing their competitive spirit and dedication to the sport as well as their sportsmanship.   There was also overarching atmosphere of camaraderie amongst the athletes and parents. This is our second season with Pakuranga Athletic Club and we have enjoyed every moment of it. The support and coaching provided is second to none. The friendly atmosphere at club nights is what we enjoy the most. It's so great to see parents wanting to help out and volunteer and that's because of the work of the committee that set the scene with being so organised and always on top with communication.
